Enjoy this beginner musical theater dance class to build up your dancing skills!
EACH CLASS INCLUDES:
- Zumba warm-up with movement and stretching to get your blood flowing and heart pumping!
- Learn a fun, short musical theater routine from your favorite shows in a judgement-free zone with time for review!
- Cool down stretches and movement to get ready to return to your post-class activities!
INSTRUCTOR: Melissa Dupont
MELISSA DUPONT started taking dance at the young age of two and a half, at the Kasak Sister's School of Dance in Chicopee, MA. With over twenty years of training in ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, and acrobat, she brings many years of training and experience to this class. Melissa has choreographed and performed in many musicals throughout the Pioneer Valley. Her choreography credits include Pippin, Once Upon a Mattress, Jerry's Girls, Spamalot (CTA Best Choreographer Award), Jesus Christ Superstar, My Fair Lady, along with her work as dance teacher and choreographer for CT Imagination Station's youth theater camp every summer in Suffield, CT. Melissa is on the Board of Directors for K and E Theater Group.
